My review is strictly based on the self service washing and drying. I switched to this laundromat a few years ago, all these people giving negative reviews should try the one in downtown Des Moines and compare them! This one takes the cake. I don’t mind paying the extra cost for the machines because I know I am washing my clothes in a washer that gets cleaned everyday, they have a clean bathroom that is stocked and has a light in it, they do clearly mark the machines that are out of order. ( once I did have a problem with a machine and someone came out and helped me in a timely manner) Also you have tv’s you can watch and free WiFi, things like that aren’t free. The time I have been there has always had an attendant on duty wiping the machines out, picking up dryer sheets. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the staff or the facility it is the parents not keeping their children under control.

Awful service!!! Rudeness and dirty looks from the woman that does the hemming. No patience or good customer service!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Many washers and dryers. Washers asst different sizes, use credit cards or coins. Attendant there at all times.
