We have now three Royal Farms I'm the area, and the employees at this location are the best! I find it repulsive people write reviews judging people they are in contact with for 5 minutes max! I've never had a problem with food, coffee, or anything I purchase. Yes they don't have a public restroom, but its a older store and you'll find that with all the older locations. But, I've heard the employees kindly point across the street where they can find a public bathroom. Not the employees fault the company can be held liable for letting a customer go in the back to use a restroom. And to the guy who's fries fell on a food counter and got put back in the box. This is where they prep food orders, so if you have a problem with that, maybe you should stay home and make your own dinner. People are so quick to write reviews when they're in a bad mood. Leads me to believe there's too many miserable people in this town!

This is the worst place ever. Everyone that works here besides the young girl with brown hair in a pony tail and the 3 younger black men that work are ruthless burdens on society. The people that I named are the only hope this so called "Royal Farms" has. It should renovated and have new people running it. Like I said before, the girl and the 3 younger black gentleman are the only one reason I even go there. I live walking distance from it and I honestly would rather walk all the way to wawa then go in that store when the awesome people I mentioned isn't there. I would of gave it no stars if I could

We ordered some Royal Farms Chicken and Wedge fries from your location. My wife saw the associate pick up some wedge fries from the counter that he just dropped and put them into our box. She told me what he did, and when I informed him we wanted another box he questioned me and said "what's wrong with it", I told him that you just put those fries that fell on the counter into our box, we want another box. He gave us another box, but I can't believe he was ready to give us a box with fries that fell on the counter with no hesitation and even questioned me. We have bought Royal Farms at other locations and have never received this type of treatment. The associate was too busy talking to his friend instead of paying attention to what he was doing. Also the order we received was very salty in taste.

Food orders get screwed up 9 times out of 10 so check it before you leave! Rude staff (at least those that speak English). I normally go out of my way to avoid this Royal Farms but sometimes (when the Red Run Blvd store is out) I need my fried chickens!
