Too much car and foot traffic in a dangerously congested parking lot. can't go into store without at least one person begging for money near entrance. Store has security guard, the only Royal Farms that I know of which does for good reason. Fortunately there are 3 other BETTER Royal Farms stores in the area.

In for cofee in the early morning. An act of kindness by the male clerk was seen by me for a homeless. Good job.

The worst!  Paid cash for gas then went to pump and it said out of order on the screen. I went back to same cashier & she told me I had already pumped some of the gas!!! I told her to get a manager and pull the video because she was nuts (not my finest moment but I was really late for a vet appt for my sick cat)  I don't remember her exact words but she wanted to argue with me and wasn't making any attempt to resolve the issue. 
I wrote down her name from her tag and told her I was rushed and would be calling a manager. Then she started yelling at me on my way out the door! Truly unbelievable. Not only should they have property closed off their  pumps but they should never treat a customer this way.  Royal Farms still owes me money and a HUGE apology. Tried to call them but the number has been busy all evening.

Royal farms are, in general pretty decent. This one is right off 95, but not easy for getting off then back on. Good stop if you're coming into baltimore, or if you're heading out of baltimore. It is sully pretty crowded.
