I brought my truck in for servicing and received a very nice loaner Jeep quickly. I drove to the gym and put my wedding ring on the shift platform before going in to work out (the weights scratch the hell out of it). When I got back in the vehicle, I shifted into park, forgetting the ring was there, and it shot up into the air… I thought it went between the driver’s side seat and the console. I stopped and looked for it for at least 15 minutes in the rain, but couldn’t find it. I got home and my wife and I looked for it… nothing. I took the Jeep back later that day to get my truck and I told John (your employee at the return desk) that if he found my wedding ring, I’d give him $200. Before I had even gotten the keys for my truck back, John had found it. Apparently it had gone into the Emergency Brake compartment (I have no idea how it did that) and John had to take part of the console off before finding it. I was ecstatic as you can imagine. I left your dealership and returned with $200 as promised. To my surprise, John said he couldn’t take it. No matter how many times I asked, he wouldn’t. With dedicated employees like that, coupled with the fact that my truck is now in great working order now, I will be happy to use your service department for all of my servicing needs as well as the dealership for future vehicle purchases. Your team went above and beyond and I sincerely appreciate that. Thanks again John!

After 4 years of working with Dave Smith, he was finally able to find me the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee, with all of the options I wanted, at a great price. He called me, I took it for a test drive the same day, and I decided to buy. Only took about 20 minutes. The next day I went in around 6pm, Jeff in Finance was great and was able to beat the rate of my Credit Union. They put it through all the inspections, detailed it, washed it and I was in my new car by 6:30. The longest part was Dave showing me all the bells and whistles on my new car! I have had horrible luck with dealerships in general in the past and I'm glad that this dealership (in my case anyway) has redeemed my faith in them. Thanks again, Dave!

9 times out of 10 these guys are great. Went for a transmission and radiator flush and ended up with a transmission line leaking after returning home. (Never had one before) $400 later the line is fixed. Coincidence? You make the call.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my most recent visit to Royal Gate Dodge's service department. The staff were professional, polite, timely, and most helpful. I highly recommend this dealership for both new & used vehicle purchases and their top-notch service department.

I’ve had quite a few vehicles since I’ve turned 16, and this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had! They worked with me to get my payment to where it needed to be. I have always wanted a Jeep and Royal Gate made it happen for me. Thanks for everything!
