Horrible experience!  The tactics of the particular realtor where unethical and immoral.  He (paul kursinicyk) and the seller colluded to hide defects and used bullying​ and intimidation tactics to make the experience extremely more stressful than it should have been.  I'm here now and making the best of a bad situation.  I let the dust settle before I gave a review, its been about a year and a half.
