Nice showroom to wait in while the office girl ignores you and yaps away on her phone. Nice big counter with no one working. You get to stand around for a while until someone shows up to tell you that whatever you need, they suddenly don't have it in stock.

Royal is a no frills metal supply company and perfect for my needs.  They provide superb materials at a price point that is unmatched.  Their exemplary service is primarily due to the efforts of a young woman, Ms. Cheryl, who is always there to help with any job I call in… Regardless of the day, the circumstances, or any of a million other scenarios.

She has become an invaluable asset to myself and my company, constantly striving to give me her absolute best.  Cheryl has gone above and beyond in every imaginable way (even having a last minute job request rolled and ready before 1400) and her ethics are above reproach.  I'll continue to do buainess with Royal Steel and especially Ms. Cheryl.

Phone service was fast and polite. Perhaps people just need to know what their asking for when they call. Prices are always good too.

The lady in the front office is rude. Called her to try and get a time on when my order would be done and she was real short and rude saying ill just call you when its ready.  I usually just get my material there but every time it seems more and more of a hassle   Wouldn't recommend going there if your looking for quality customer seevice
