Pubic hair on wash clothes, hair on pillows, no fridge, put in a different hotel than I paid for, cig burns all over comforter, absolutely disgusting. Just like management's attitude. Checked in at 130pm and checked out at 430pm same day. I am a single mom who was in desperat need of shelter for a night because I needed to be close to the hospital and feel like I for swindled.

Just went through a major hurricane and they are f*****g price gouging the hell outa me. 240$ for two nights is a total rip off , im now homeless due to Irma and dont enjoy bein takin advantage of

Wife was waiting in the room while I was at a meeting 10 minutes away. I was 15 minutes past the check.out time. When I returned I found my wife outside. They kicked her out of the room! Don't put your $20 deposit on a credit card. You will not get it back. Just called and was told to bring my card by for a refund . I am 700 miles away. It was never put as a hold only a charge. How many have they done this too? You can't return $20 of a $120.00 charge. Credit card co. Doesn't allow it. It must be a separate hold Beaware.!!

This place is lucky to have gotten s one star out of me. The room is so dirty. The sheets smell like odors from other guests. There was also a burn hole from a cigarette in my sheets. These sheets seem to have not been washed in months. I wiped my finger on the baseboard and you could not believe the dirt and dust to that came off. It was so dirty I could write my name in it. These hotel rooms are so outdated. When I grabbed my face cloth to wash my face it looked like a rag that they would clean with. I NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!
