I've been taking my dog to these two ladies for over three years and they are the best!!  They pay attention to details and while my dog doesn't like his groom time, he no longer throws a fit when its that time again.  They are the nicest people and really do try to fit you in within a reason time frame.  I tell everyone about Royal Pet and Grooming.

I didn't even get a chance to bring my dog here.  I called today for an initial phone call and the customer service was awful. I asked if they had any appointments this weekend (a far stretch, i know, but you don't know until you ask), the woman on the line said, "This week?! This week is almost over!! What kind of dog do you have?!" I told her, that in fact i asked for this weekend, either Saturday or Sunday and that my dog was a Havanese. Her response was to point out rather rudely that they "Don't work on Sunday's" and that her earliest SATURDAY appointment wasn't for another 2 weeks.

Nothing about the scheduling was done professionally. She acted like she didn't care about my new business and certainly not about my dog.

Called Bark and Bathe, a few doors down, they were much friendlier and got me in on the 21st on a last minute cancellation with no rude attitude.

Horrible. I had been taking my dog here for over a year and they never were very friendly. The final straw was when one of them picked up my 8 lb. dog by her collar when I dropped her off. They ended up cutting her twice that day and didn't even tell me.  It's been 6 days since this happened and I'm still taking care of the wounds.

We've lived in the area for a year now and have brought our dogs to every grooming place in the area. Royal Pet is the best! They are cheaper and give more attention to detail. My Puggers walked out looking like a million bucks, and a cute bow that we all got a kick out of. Thanks for the great service!
