Terrible work by a staff stylist that the Manager, Cathy, is standing by.  Manager offered a refund for my daughter's haircut, which was a butchered, but refused to offer a refund for "ombre custom color", which is anything but an ombre custom color. Stylist also botched my haircut, leaving several places in the back of my hair several inches shorter than the overall length, blunt cut in horizontal lines. Stylist that my daughter and I had was Meagan, and I can't for the life of me figure out why a manager would stand behind this work and refuse to offer a refund. I asked for a refund since I live 100 miles away, but the manager refused, only offering to fix this botched job which would require me to both trust myself in their hands again and taking an additional day off of work and traveling 100 miles agani. Offering to fix it when you've completely lost the customer's trust is a bad business practice. I wouldn't return to this salon for any reason, much to have my hair ruined further than it already is.
