"Born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, Dr. Royal Park received his BS in Psychology from Brown University in 1992 and his MD from New York University NYU in1996. He completed his surgical residency at NYU in 1998 and his Urology residency there as Chief in 2002. Dr. Park is a Diplomat of the American Board of Urology, and a member of the AUA, CMA, and SLS. At Brown he graduated with honors and as a member of the Cum Laude Society and Sigma Xi Society. At NYU School of Medicine he was Urology Student of the Year."

Arrived early. Took me in right away. Dr Park saw me within 5 minutes. He was very thorough and pleasant, and explained possible diagnosis and test procedures. Came up with a treatment plan after a short wait for the test results. Loved Dr Park and his staff. Glad to have a new physician and staff on my team!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Royal Park over 10 years. He is always nice, caring and thorough during the consultation at every visit. He is also highly professional and competent in his specialty in medicine. He is the best urologist in South Bay.
I so appreciate Dr. Royal Park. He is compassionate and thorough. He really puts my well being and his expertise together. He helps me by making things very clear, and for these reasons I am very thankful that men like him are in the world.
My husband has been Dr Park’s patient for over 10 years. Dr Park is diligent, caring, and competent. He patiently listens and explains. We trust him fully for his medical advice.
Dr Park was attentive and answered all my questions. He explained what he was going to do and what was happening He was great. Not so the receptionist. Rarely looked at me, very robotic instructions, looked like she rather be doing something else
I must say that I never felt so good with the explanations of my care. The staff were very professional and courteous. I went there feeling unsure and uneasy about what to expect but I was surprised with the attention and care I received. I definitely would encourage my friends and families to go to Torrance Memorial Hospital.
Professional, helpful, and friendly. Answered all questions. Doctor Park treated me in the past for kidney stones. I made sure to have him treat me for my current needs.
Dr Park has a genial manner and methodical approach. He fully met my expectations as a physician and would certainly recommend him.
Dr. Park has been my urologist for the past few years and he is always pleasant and informative. I feel comfortable whenever I see him and discuss my condition. Plus, there must have been a change in staff help since my last visit because the staff seem more polite, friendly, and less cranky or unprofessional. All my previous visits, some or most of the staff behaved as if someone peed in their Cheerios. Today’s experience was a a 180 degree turnaround for the better.
unfortunately, i have to say something… my husband has prostate cancer and i chose dr park since he was the first available for my husband to be seen, he wasted two months of my husbands time, my husband stopped his meds due to a planned biopsy well he had been off his meds for a week, my husband is a stoke pt, he recovered and is back at work, he’s a longshoreman so you know the type of work he does ,,, well dr park canceled his biopsy and told my husband to wait 6 months, dr park told my husband that he’s conservative! cancer does not wait! we are now with dr. nowzarri and he is taking charge and moving quick i just cant believe this is what dr park recommend my husband had his biopy and did not have to stop any of his meds , i happen to work in the medical field and this whole experience with dr park was very disappointing i sure hope he does not do this to any other of his pts , we trust our drs hoping they can save our lives in situations like this,,,, i will say that this office is excellent! but i would not recommend dr park
