the lady has no etiquette of how to talk to the customer. never ever going back.HORRIBLE.

I made a reservation from San Francisco to Delhi airport on an American Airlines flight in the month of September through Royal travels in Fremont. The travel agency didn't notify me that there was an extra $50 charge for the second checked baggage and I ended up paying another extra 100$ (round trip). The travel agency never mentioned about any extra charge on the second baggage when flying AA. When I notified th travel agent Suman Malhotra, she simply passed the buck and blamed it on American airlines for changing their rules and the passenger for keeping themselves updated. I believe it should be the responsibility of the travel agents and they should keep themselves updated about any airlines rule changes. Most of the passengers dont have time to enquire about changes in their fare etc.
I absolutely DONT recommend anybody doing any business from Royal Travels
