They charge you more than Home Depot in many cases and they don't do cash refunds. At least get price estimates online before you shop here, otherwise you might get ripped off.

I needed some random parts and the staff was friendly and great help getting me out of the store quickly and the prices are more than fair.

I'm not an electrician, but I called them about a part and the guy there helped me out so much! He took the time to ask me about my problem then even made a suggestion that could possibly have saved us thousands of dollars. Thanks for helping us avoid being taken advantage of by a large electrical company that had recommend we replace our  entire electrical panel ($2500) when we in fact have a good panel that likely doesn't need replacing especially with an inferior panel (the brand they wanted to install)
