I buy all my pet supplies and even our aches turtles from Roy. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He does everything he can to make sure you leave with the proper equipment to keep your animals healthy and strong. This is the only pet store I will ever go to for supplies and help with my animals.

I called Roys Aquarium for advice due to the fact that a clients pond fish were dying off. I spoke with Roy himself. He was very direct & extremely  knowledgeable. Roy told me why the fish were sick, explained what caused the illness & told me exactly what to do to help. All of this was over the phone there with no direct benefit to him or his business. I'm so glad he took the time to help. Roy stated he'd been here for 50 years & had experienced  this before. I'm glad he took the time to help.
