Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable.  I'm very familiar with these types of family shops and this is definitely one of the best ones I've seen. Therefore the 5-stars above.

Pretty pricey! $62 for a small lawn mower tune up.
Someone I know took theirs to Four Brorthers tractor place. Next to them is a lawn mower shop. They got theirs for only $25.

Don't think I will go back to these guys $8 parts the rest labor.

The only problem I've ever had was when they once had trouble getting a part in from a warehouse in Dallas.  The only thing I would have wanted them to do differently would have pushed the vendor a little harder to get the delivery made.

I'm always surprised at how competitively priced their parts are compared to my usual online sources.  Of the 10 or so jobs I've had them do for me, they've always delivered the within the time they promised (usually 2-3 days at the most, even though their sign, quite reasonably, says the usual wait is 7 to 10 days.)  Best, I've never picked up a machine from them that wasn't fixed like I needed it to be.
