Quaint place. Lovely art work over the tables. The food was great. Crispy potato pancake and Gypsy Stew. Good prices. I'd recommend it.

I went for dinner with my girlfriend and another couple, and we had a great time.  Rozmaryn's setting is midway between a well-kept house and a minimalist restaurant.  The owner clearly has a passion and a skill for making people happy via food, and this is shown in the attention to detail not only in the choice and combination of ingredients, but in the presentation and simplicity of the flavors.  The atmosphere is simple but cozy, bringing a slice of the traditional European approach to small family-style dining to the streets of Trenton without a hitch.

Loved everything about this restaurant. It was laid back and unpretentious, like eating at someone's home. The owner was so friendly and made me feel very welcome.  It was apparent that she was having a good time. Classic rock music was playing which was great because I had assumed it would be polka or something of the sort. She was splitting her time in the back prepping and cooking (you could hear them working on what I would assume is pierogie dough) which lent itself to a very homey authentic atmosphere. Portions were very large and tasty. I had the gypsy special- potato pancake filled with beef stew with a side of mayo based coleslaw. Flavors were on point and it meant a lot to her that I was pleased. FYI- minimum for credit card is $25 so make sure you have cash.

Best Polish food in New Jersey! After my family immigrated to the States from Poland, I gotta say I'm ecstatic to have found cooking that is even better than my grandma's! Joanna, the owner, always comes over with a smile and a recommendation of a Polish goodie that she made as a special for the day, it feels like my own mother is caring for me and the ambiance makes it feel like I'm back at home for Christmas! The stuffed cabbage is to die for, a hearty serving with potatoes and a salad and I leave a happy man! Do yourself a favor and GO HERE!
