My air-conditioner went out on Monday night. 
Jose, of RR Electric came out on Tuesday to fix
my unit.  He got my air-conditioner to work but
noticed some additional problems with my unit.
He needed to order some more parts and said
he would return on Friday to finish the job.

I am so thankful to have such a wonderful technician
in Jose.  He explained what needed to be done and
finished in an expeditious manner.  Jose was also
very respectful in doing his work, careful not to track
any dirt into my house.

I highly recommend Jose and RR Electric for all
electrical repairs.

Our air stop on a Saturday when it was over 100 degrees. 
Called RR. Jose was here with in half an hour. Told us the bad news needed a new unit. Ugh! Got us an appt as quickly as possibly. Tuesday. In the mean time Jose lent us 2 room coolers.
We were up and running in two days. Took longer than normal because it was difficult taking the old heater out.
Both days the crews were great

We have called this company numerous times during the past 10 years, they always deliver!

From Richard, the owner, to the techs, office personnel, etc., they are punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and  on and on.

Would hardly recommend them, you'll be glad you call them.

I would like to thank Rick and his amazing staff for installing my parents new AC/Heating unit at their home.  From the beginning of the process, they were nothing but helpful and guided me through every little detail in getting this done in an easy and above all efficient way.  Punctual,  beyond helpful and always with smiles.  I couldn't of chosen a better and more qualified company to undertake such a project; no more muggy swamp cooler for my parents and they are so loving the cool air.   I have nothing but positive things to say and HIGHLY recommend and encourage anyone looking into this company to stop here and sign with them.  We are utterly grateful Rick!
