Although I received help within two hours, their services are ridiculously expensive. The plumber was here for less than 10 minutes (simple clogged toilet), and they charged me $355. They won’t tell you the estimated price over the phone. When the guy came, he said that it will be $249. When he finished, he asked for $299 plus $55 for tax. What the hell??? I feel robbed. Absolutely terrible experience, would not call them ever again.

Unfortunately, they never came to service the job and was really unprofessional when I followed-up.  I was told the technician would come in the morning at 10AM, latest 12pm.  I got a call that said the technician was running late and might be about 12:30pm which was understandable.  Then I had to call at 1:15pm to get the status update.  I was told it would be another 1 hour and a half.  At around 3:30pm, I had to call and they informed me that the plumber would come past 6pm "or sometime later in the evening."  It's understandable if some other issue came up with the previous job, but they were able to provide zero answers and were unapologetic about the whole situation.  I would avoid going through this company.  They seem to contract their jobs if you are not based in Manhattan (I'm in Brooklyn) and you're put on hold indefinitely to get any answers.

I had a bit of trouble getting them to schedule with me as they seem to be busy. But once they got there the price was solid and the work was good. Turns out I had some roots causing issues from my pipe to the sewer line. There hasn't been any basement backup flooding since so I think they did a good job.

David Ehihon was the man who came out on behalf of RR. He couldn’t have been more kind. The service was very expensive but professional and fast.

This is the third time that we have engaged the services of Roto - Rooter and the service was outstanding. Customer Service kept us informed as to the arrival of the Tech. I must commend the Tech ( Frank ) for being informative, engaging and courteous. Roto - Rooter is definitely our first choice for our Plumbing Service.
