Rafael #340 was great- professional, wiped his feet, asked to enter. Was very thorough with his diagnosis. The price came out of his mouth in slow motion... $571 and change. After I stopped crying, he got to work with what I would call excellent workmanship. He explained his process every step of the way as he worked; yes, I was standing over him- I’m that guy. When all was said and done the main line was clearand he educated me thoroughly on preventative maintenance for the future. Good experience with the tech- Rafael knows customer service. Overall good experience... Only problem is, I’m ‘more’ broke than I was before...

Excellent job done - Matt went above and beyond to get us all fixed! Came Sunday night and worked to get the job done! A bit pricey, but worth every penny in my eyes so that we could use our bathroom! Had called a cheaper company first, guy came and couldn't clear it, still charged us a service fee! Would definitely recommend going straight to Roto-rooter! That's what I will do next time!

Had out toilets pipe spring a leak and needed it changed out. They were able to come the next day. The repairmen were very professional and knew exactly what to do. I felt the price was a bit high but, what can you do. They completed the job in about two hours. Cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything they did for the repair in great detail. It was completed yesterday but, so far everything is great and I’m very happy with they’re work.

sewer ling backed up and created a flood in my basement. Paul the tech correctly diagnosed a cracked main sewer line in the house and recommend it be replaced. sure enough when he got the line removed which was not easy since it was behind a wall it had a large crack in it and very rusted out.he and his associate replaced it and did other related work the next day. Paul was very knowledgeable and professional. i will use him again and recommend RR to my friends and neighbors for sure. Doug.

Technician was later than we were told he would be, but the dispatch center did a great job of keeping us updated. It was a long job but the technician was thorough, professional and helpful. Exactly what we needed for late Sunday emergency!
