We had a new system installed and everything was so smooth & professional.  The salesman Mike was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He let us decide what we wanted after he gave us the facts.  The installation was scheduled quickly, I got an email with a picture of the installation team so I would feel safe in knowing the correct people were showing up at my door.  The installers were on time, polite, professional, proficient and everything went so well.  I Love the system and would use R.S. Andrews every time.

Awesome Company. Chuck M. is an outstanding technician. Extremely competent and very kind he helped us to solve our heating problem immediately. Now the heating system, thanks to Chuck, works properly and with a great efficiency. We are so happy and pleased to have met Chuck! All the Best!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We needed our entire system and duct work replaced. Everyone from the salesman to the  guys who put in the system were honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly polite and professional. They went above and beyond what they told me they were going to do. They made sure that everything was done right and even found a way to fix some of our duct work that they did not think they could fix.

Jay K. was my Install Craftsman today and he made me very happy. I had a new Heat Pump and Air Handler installed last year one day before Thanksgiving and had several service calls since then until now. Jay removed the previous unit and installed a new one in just a few hours. Jay was courteous, efficient and thorough. His work ethic went above and beyond. The confidence that he showed gave me confidence in that the new unit he installed will be problem free. I am truly "Thankful" for Jay's experience and expertise.

Easy scheduling.  Stephene was friendly, polite and professional.  She was able to work with my schedule and find a date and time that worked.  Jason, the service expert, is amazing.  He was knowledge, professional and friendly.  Jason did a fantastic job servicing our thermostat and helped get it right.  R.S. Andrews is a great company and I trust them with keeping my house comfortable all year round.  I recommend them to all.
