I had my dress ordered and when I went to pick it up in the store, the dress had multiple flaws everywhere. According to the manager, most of their dresses came back from the manufacturer with flaws. I am supposed to be guaranteed a perfect dress. The dresses inside the store are beautiful, if you are okay with final sale policy. But I would not recommend ordering dresses.

this location doesn’t exist anymore. i drove an hour and was very disappointed. I was looking for a dress in particular. and if the location does exist, no one picked up a call. this is just a heads up to people so they don’t drive all the way. visit another location!! there’s two more!!

We traveled tp RSVP this year. The dresses are beautiful and well priced, but I would recommend maybe some older people who know what products you carry and whats available . The girl that was supposed to be helping us went off to try on prom dresses for herself. The other girl who was helping us didn't know what jersey knit was or that a dress that was at the Jones Bridge store was at the Crogan Street store in a different color. It wasn't bad that she didn't know it was bad that she wouldn't go check. I had to convince them to pick up the phone call the Crogan Street store to see if the dress was there. Their attitude was "it's only 30 minutes away". Yes, but I have just driven 3 1/2 hours!! The dress is beautiful, but work on your  customer service.

My daughter and I had a really great experience there. The staff was super helpful and they respected our budget. They had a great selection of beautiful dresses and they really work with you.

So happy we stumbled upon this place! Perfectly organized, beautiful, QUALITY dresses, and outstanding ladies awaiting to offer excellent customer service! All around a fantastic experience! Will not even ponder going elsewhere in the future. Thank you RSVP!
