Stay away from this company. I stop work with them a few months ago. First they lied that my lease was renewed for one more year. but it was not a true!   All workers ( 6 or 7)  didn't want to tell me email address to manager or vice-president! I sent letter that I will take legal action and after that they said " your lease was not renewed". Because I don't work with RTS anymore I send invoices to brokers with release letter. A lot of accountants don't want to spend their time and correct mail address in their system and they still send  checks to RTS.  RTS can keep my money a few months , and they don't tell me that. When I call to brokers and ask for payment status - they  say that RTS cashed  checks one or to months ago. RTS can keep 10 or 15 thousand a few months and all workers seat quiet and don't inform me that brokers paid long time ago. That's how they work!

My company has been with RTS for over 5 years. RTS has helped, thanks to Meg's & Julia's efforts, create a tailored contract, specifically for us, to meet our needs. Moreover,  our company has been the first client for their new product - Equipment Finance. Moreover, recently, they purchased the software company through which we process all the information, so now it became even easier to factor with them.

We love working with RTS Financial for our factoring.  We've been factoring our invoices with them for about 2 years now and haven't had any issue with them so far.  We actually came on board with RTS after switching from England Carrier Services' factoring.  The RTS service level far exceeds any other factoring company.  Their quick payfees are really low and there are no hidden fees involved.  Love their service!!!!
