Its very clean and the people are nice. The only problem is the hours. During the week the sign AND online say they close at 9 last wash is at 8. But if you call they tell you 7...and when you go in they tell you they want to close early (so hurry up basically). This has happened multiple times to me, I work can't always get there early. They need employees who want to follow the hours posted.

Staff doesnt know that to open at 7am you got to arrive at work by 7 apparently.  She finally arrived at 7:17

VERY,VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!! I DON'T BLAME THE WHOLE STAFF BUT THE FIRST TIME THAT I WENT THERE LAST WEEK,THIS WOMAN LIZ WAS JUST SITTING AROUND AS THE WHOLE PLACE WAS TRASHED,FLOOR NEEDED SWEPT,CLOTHES WERE JUST SITTING IN WASHERS AND DRYERS,THERE WAS SOAP RESIDUE ON ALL OF THE WASHERS ....I HAVE SEEN CLEANER PLACES IN THE GHETTO OF PROVIDENCE!!!!! I VISITED ONCE AND ONCE ONLY!!!!! OWNERS MUST BE TRASH IF THEY HIRE TRASH LIKE THAT!!!!!!

The washers and dryers work fine, but the place needs renovations...the floor is nasty and there aren't enough tables to fold on.
