We had our A/C serviced by Jeff the other day.  Not only was he  totally professional but very friendly and very helpful in answering some questions we had.  He took his time and explained what he was doing with the A/C at each step.  He was honest in accessing whether our aging system would last another season not scaring us into buying a new unit.  Jeff said it should be OK for the summer but keep an eye on it.
Very much appreciated the honest approach.  Kudos Rubino for hiring really good people.

We've used Rubino for more than 20 years, starting when they installed our heater and central AC unit. Under our maintenance agreement, they come annually to clean and inspect both systems -- which are still going strong. The employees are always polite, courteous and arrive within the specified time window.

Kevin  was professional, courteous,and considerate. He put on shoe covers everytime he entered our  home. He took his time  to complete his work.He is an excellent employee for your company.

I want to tell you about an experience I had .  I called you because my tenant was having an issue with the heat.  They said it would be $89. to come out.  From my past experience with several different service companies, they charge you a fee to come out and determine the issue.  If they repair the problem the either waive the service call charge deduct it from the total amount.  Not only did you charge me the 89. but you  the charge me 125 (based on a 250 per hr fee) to tell me the thermostat was bad.  You then wanted to charge me another 135 to replace the thermostat.  My husband ended up going to Lowes and paying 50 for a new thermostat and putting it in myself. I would have had no issue with paying the 89 for him to come out and diagnosis the problem but $214!!!!  Needless to say I will NEVER use you again
