Wow, food was amazing! I had grilled shrimp tacos. Everything was light and fresh. The only downside was the service. I think someone must have called out sick. It took a long time to order. I would recommend ordering through the app.

This Rubios has the worst customer experience. It's unbelievable how slow it takes every time I come in here. A line of people and only two people working in the kitchen going at super slow speed. No one here is in a hurry to get customers orders out. I've been waiting now for 15 mins having ordered a 2 Taco Plate. The kid taking orders just mills around between orders in no hurry while customers are in line One customer already left. Unbelievable. I live Rubios but am always hesitant to come in this store as it never seems to get better. Nothing like waiting 20 mins for a 2 Taco Plate.

Food is good but service was slow and workers were arguing with each other in the kitchen. Several customers were angry about slow service and asking repeatedly for orders. It was my first time so I don't know if this is common or not.

The fish and veggie tacos here are excellent. A two taco combo with chips is about $8.50.

Good quality for semi fast food. Fish is well prepared, veggies fresh.
