I love how they do nails, they are very talented, however I really wish they could stop pushing other services on me. If i say I only want my nails done then do not ask me if i want my toes done too because clearly if I didnt ask for it then I don't want it. And I always get regular polish, clearly I don't want gel if I didn't ask for it. If they spent the 10 minutes on doing my nails that they spent on convincing me to get gel then they would get the job done a lot faster.

I LOVE Ruby! But the last couple times I have gone in the wait has been awful. Even when I ask how long the wait is and get told 10mins and put in a pedi chair and I wait so long the water is ice cold. It's just disappointing because I love the way my nails look when I get my nails done there.

I have been going to ruby nails for years and I absolutely loved this place. A few weeks ago I went in and had a gel mani the tech that was doing my mani was new. She was very ruff when getting the old gel polish off she was also hard on my  cuticles. When it came to alpying the new gel I told her I didn't like how it looked and she couldn't understand me the tech next to her told me she didn't speak her language so she went and got a tech that did but it didn't help she kept on painting. My nails had so many coats of gel that it looked like I had acrylic nails. I told her I wasn't happy with them but she just smiled and said she liked them. So I paid and left. I came back 2 days later because I had to work the day after and didn't have time to come back that day. I walk in and was asked  if I can be helped so I tell the woman yes and I start to explain to her what the issue was and that I wanted my nails re done. She looks at my nails and keeps tell me I have acrylic on my nails and I told her no it was just gel but because it's so thick it looks like acrylic. She tells me I will have to pay to have my nails re done. I told her I was their 2 days ago and when I left I was unhappy with my nails but I couldn't seem to get the tech to fix them so I thought if I came back and explained it to a manager maybe they would fix them for me. Needless to say she refused and I wasn't about to pay for a polish change when I was just there 2 days before. So I told her I just wanted the polish off so she sat me. The tech taking off my polish didn't get off all the polish and my nails looked bad still. I'm very disappointed in the quality of service I received both days I was there.
