By far, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.  I purchased a chandelier on 6/18/2017.  By 6/29/2017, I still had not received any updates about shipment or status.  I called the phone number on their website and left two voicemails.  I texted them as well (as it was written on their website that you could get a hold of them 24/7 by text).  I sent emails and even opened a dispute within paypal because I could not get a response from them!  I tried calling again on 6/30/17 with no response.  I sent another text message and finally got a response that the item would be shipped that day.  Well, on 7/1/2017, shipping label was printed, but package was NOT delivered to UPS for shipment until 7/6/2017.  I can't imagine if the product gets here and is damaged or not what I was expecting... returning it will be a NIGHTMARE!
