Nice staff, but cooks need to have some more training on food temps and presentation. If you are going to a nicer restaurant... you should be served no e looking food. Presentation of food should be part of your dining experience.

My second visit. Service was great. Ribeye was a little disappointing on 1st visit, but good. NY strip was better. Everything else was good.

We love eating at this Ruby Tuesday's but this was not the best visit. The waitress was nice but never refilled our drinks which were all ice anyway. My wife usually orders her steak medium well but ordered it well done because this Ruby Tuesday's often undercooks steak orders. The steak came and my wife ate off the edges which as expected were very pink inside, but as she got to the center of the steak it was bleeding red and could not be eaten. The waitress agreed that it was not cooked to order and talked to the manager who was too busy to ever talk to us. The waitress asked if we wanted her to remove the steak from the bill but we declined. We do feel the manager should have made themselves available to help fix the problem of undercooked food at this restaurant. This store has had increasing problems over time and seems due to chronic understaffing.

The Ruby Tuesdays in Corinth, Ms. was very clean, the salad bar was well stocked, and the service was excellent. Our waitress was "Fluffy" and she was possibly the best waitress that we have ever had. The next time we come through Corinth we will make sure to stop by Ruby Tuesday and request "Fluffy"!
