My experience with this Ruby Tuesday was truly average, however our server was exceptional!  Average rating because the food was not prepared as desired.  In a party of 4, one members steak was not cooked as specified and was sent back twice, one members, vegetables were served like warm and two others received appetizers (spinach and artichoke dip) that came out late.  The server had to ask twice for the order.  Not sure if the rain brought a larger than normal crowd but I was not pleased.  I will be back in that area a few months from now and will dine once more to see if it was just a bad day!

Went for lunch with a friend. Super fast seating and service. We had the salad bar and the spinach and artichoke dip. Everything was clean, salad bar had a nice variety to choose from.

I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and the shrimp were severely overcooked. My husband ordered the crispy chicken bites and Mac and cheese. The chicken was raw. Manager asked if he wanted anything else but that is a huge disappointment. We said no and the whole meal was free but we will never go back. The waitress and manager were very nice before and after the incident. The problem was the kitchen.

Place was dead. No hostess at front. Sat waited 5 minutes staring at the salad bar with my stomach going nuts. Bar tender makes eye contact multiple times but just stuffs her face while looking at me..... Guy comes around corner, phone in hand pants hanging shirt half tucked( he was very polite though) . I asked for manage.......here he comes sloppy as hell his self. Shirt half tucked and standoffish........I went across the street to outback and had an amazing experience, ruby Tuesday missed out on my 100 bucks today . tighten up

I was there late in the evening, it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Meals were prepared as ordered, the food was great. We especially liked the collasal burger, the soups, and the fall over cake was awesome.
