Ate here about a year ago good and service were acceptable.  Friend in town this past weekend and went back to try then out.  Service was on point and good was wonderful.

The food was good, the service was good. I won't go back again because  you started charging for a salad bar that I used to get as a side and you no longer have the rolls that were part of why I used to enjoy coming to Ruby Tuesday's.  I'm sorry to see the corporate profits are more important than customers.

Changed the salad bar and raised the price. Blue cheese dressing in runny. Only meatless option on menu is greasy cheese bread. Service was great, and if the cooks were given better quality goods, they could provide a better product. Downhill from the last visit.

satisfaction is pretty much but or miss depending on the staff and time. Sometimes it's great and sometimes you have to find the hostess to even get a seat.

My waitress/barmaid Tabby was friendly and very accommodating. I've never been to a Ruby Tuesdays before but I'll definitely be back! Had a few drinks and got my food to go but the service itself will bring me back. The hostess Dawn was so very plea sant that's I gotta say it's a win/win!!!
