Jasmine Clayton was my waitress. Ever time I go to this Ruby Tuesday she gives wonderful customer service. Other then the good food, she is one of the reasons why I keep going back. Thank you so much Ruby Tuesday

Had to give one star so that it would let.me leave this review!!!  We were a parry of 7, stopped to eat after a ballgame late on a Friday night.  There were maybe 5 tables occupied.  It took about 10 minutes to even get someone to seat us.  We.were.taken to a tabLe and seated without menus.  We sat there for another 10 minutes....no one came to offer us drinks, menus, or just to say they would be with us shortly!  As we were leaving, another couple was also leaving for the same reason....NO SERVICE!

Our server was not attentive at all, and we had to keep hunting him down, while the other server was quite attentive to her guests and was constantly asking them if they needed anything and just making small talk with them. Our server went ghost! We tipped 20% but he definitely didn't deserve it!

Terrible food....just as well to go thru drive thru hamburger joint
