I have always enjoyed the food here, timely service and courteous. They have the absolute best pork chop I have ever eaten anywhere! It is so tender, you could cut it with a fork! I have been informed by the staff that they never freeze their meat, so it is always fresh, and probably explains why the pork is so tender and juicy! Not only the meat is terrific, they have a self serve salad bar, and after a few times I have inquired about, they have returned banana peppers to the salad bar! I would recommend Ruby's to anyone!

of us walked in at about 5pm on Sunday..we were seated in minutes. I wish I remembered our waiters name because he was great!!! I know we surprised them with the amount km people but he did a great job managing drinks...food..more drinks and dessert.   The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my food was a little chilly..but given the fact that I know they were not used to that many people I was not going to complain.  We will be back.

The Salad Bar great. But the staff worker kept trying to take my salad away. He made me feel rushed which  ruined by time to enjoy  the conversation and Dinner. I kept saying No not yet Please.

Lunch was Great! Vegetable soup really delicious! Salad bar was full of choices. Burgers were scrumpious. Will be back.Thanks

Service was very friendly and attentive. 5 stars.  Now the meal... 1 star.  The food was rushed and appeared to be incorrectly prepared despite there being less than 30% capacity of patrons.  Being deserted during lunch should have been an indicator that something was off about this particular RT.  The steak was a poor cut of meat and overcooked.  The hamburger bun reminded me of microwaved bread that had been frozen.  Someone in the kitchen is strongly disgruntled, and it reflects on the finished product.  I am always willing to wait longer for meal if it means a better dining experience. Needless to say, but this RT will never get my business again.
