Not to good. No shrimp and no chicken. Wife's burger halfway cooked. What a way to spend a birthday dinner. I will give it a 2. Waitress kept forgetting what we wanted. Long time until the next visit.

Yes me and my wife Sat down at 12:32 At 12:52 We walked out due to no service  the manager looked at us twice didn't even say nothing. I would understand it if they where busy but they where more servers than people in the restaurant. We will think twice before we go back. This happened on 9/23/2017.

Service was good but the food was not as good as usual. The lettuce in our side salad tasted old. The chicken sandwiches fell apart when we picked them up. A so so experience.

Although the service was acceptable, the quality of the food was mediocre. This could be forgiven for this price point, but the cooks displayed insolence and incompetence in equal measure. Their lack of professionalism has lead me to avoid this popular lunch destination, although I cannot speak for the rest of the chain. Whatever you do - don't order the steak. They don't know how to cook it, and if you send it back, you're liable to get it purposefully overcooked.

For Ruby Tuesday, this location is above par. Food is consistently good and service is never a negative issue. It's just still so corporate in the feel and you can tell that their financial decisions over the last 10 - 15 years have really pushed the masses away. I hope they can really reform their service standards in general and bring back the personal touch they lost. Otherwise they will most likely completely go under completely rather than just closing multiple locations across the country.
