Overpriced mediocre food. Most of it is your typical freezer to table fare. Food in general is not consistent nor is the service - furthermore the last 2 times I visted the server changed the tip amount and forged additional money on the credit card slip - this also happened to my dining companion - so beware. You never know what you might get. Salad bar is the best thing they offer and hopefully it's clean and items are filled when you visit as this isn't always the case. Regardless,  I wont be returning..

Ehhh.  Not bad. Not great. Cafeteria quality. Great salad bar. Ate here cuz its Atkins friendly (no carb selections)

The waitress was perfect. We couldnt have asked for better BUT that is where it stops. We were there to celebrate my twins birthday. I called ahead to make sure they could take a party of 10 at the time we needed. We ordered our food. When my husband recieved his burger. Just a plain hamburger nothing fancy it was bloody and raw in the middle. We told the mgr on duty. A blonde manager. She never apologized just said would you  like another one. YES noone else at the table would eat til he got his burger. then as his other burger was cooking he told everyone he would eat some fries for us to eat. As he reached to eat the fries, this mgr came and took them away from him said nothing  just grabbed the plate  and walked away.  About 16 mins later another burger comes out. She very non caring said check this with me right here. He did and guess what the same thing!!! RAW and bloody, she quickly grabbed his plate and said do you mind if we recook this one again the bloody burger.  He was so upset he said I dont want anything. She never said a word agaim no apologies  nothing.  He told her take my burger off my bill. Well I wouldnt eat and neither would one of the kids so wr took ours  to go.  We had to go somewhere else to get him something to eat.  This just made for a horrible and terrible birthday  celebration for my kids. The only good things were the family and friends  we were with try to make the best of it by telling jokes and like I stated our waitress waa great. She tried to get others to sing happy birthday  to the twins  but even then they got there name  wrong  how hard is it to get joey and sara wrong. They were called jimmy and zoey.    As a customer  since I was 13 in Memphis  this was the worse experience  I have ever had.  I WOULD  LIKE TO SPEAK TO THE GENERAL  MGR ABOUT THIS OR SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE.

Had a wonderful time there! The front staff is like no other! Right when I walked in I was greeted by a host named Chandler. He was so friendly and helpful when I asked him about the new garden bar! That's what made the experience great, from start... to finish! 5 stars for the host! Our Server Lexi was amazing as well!

I went there with my wife and two kids. I was served  fish that was severely undercooked. As dangerous as it is to consume raw fish the manager just seemed to take a nonchalant attitude towards that. He offered to cook another and after I declined he turned and walked off with an "oh well" type of attitude. This is the first review I've ever written but I felt it to be necessary for this location.  I've been their a few times and I've witnessed someone leaving unhappy each time because of the customer service. I'm not giving one star because of the undercooked fish... I understand it can happen  (even though it was not busy at all... maybe five tables were seated). I'm giving this location one star because of the customer service which seems to be CONSISTENTLY  TERRIBLE.
