The food is good, the wait isn't too bad, and the host was very kind! I like that they send out coupons every month, and kids eat free on Tuesdays. However, you cannot use a coupon on your food if you have a child who eats free on Tuesday (fine print).

The experience was totally bad the food was poor the service was exceptionally bad, the costs was outrageous, and the temperature was something out of the Arctic. No one was doing their job, our waitress and the others in our area were MIA. The food was un edible it was so sweet and full of sugar, and we could not even find someone to send it back and re-order. We got up to pay our bill and leave and we actually asked them to box the items for our hogs at home and they laughed at us.

Prompt and friendly service, great salad bar, affordable prices. Food is delish! I ordered the Bella chicken and my mouth literally salivated after the first bite!

We have never been to a Ruby Tuesday's and are so glad we decided to try it! The waitress, Stephanie Reyes, was outstanding. She was friendly and gave top-notch service. The manager on duty, Tyler, was very nice and wanted to make sure everything was good. We loved it!! The food was absolutely fantastic! We are now hooked on Ruby Tuesday's! Thank you, Stephanie and Tyler for a very nice evening after we drove for 10 hours today. You're the best!
