Desperately needs new management. Have been to this location a few times and each time I get reminded why I usually avoid Lincolnwood mall. The clothes towards the back of the store are overly packed into a rack, you can't even look through each item and get your hand in there. There seemed to be only 3 girls working, two were at the register and on I assume was doing other things. Had to wait around 10 minutes for one to open up a dressing room, the woman was very nice though. I don't want to bash the employees because it's probably very hard working here and having to deal with the...clientele. I think with new management just to spruce up the place will do wonders. The check out spot is in an awkward place, can't really form a line if there are guys looking in the men's section. Giving it 4 stars because I can tell the staff IS trying! I hope they make changes soon. The prices are unbeatable especially with Ruebucks that can knock $20 off a $40 purchase just buy purchasing ONE thing.. It's a good store in that regard, don't let the negative reviews scare you off!

ALSO WHEN YOU CHECK OUT
They will push their fragrance on you. So much so that they will offer a discount just for purchasing. My advice? Just kindly decline. The girl sprayed it on a tester and handed it to me without asking. Not professional, there's also a ton of people who are highly highly sensitive to fragrance too so not a good practice.

The Latina workers in the store were very RUDE and unwelcoming. Especially the one with red hair. They did not welcome us nor asked if we need help. They simply demanded we leave our bag at front. NEVER AGAIN

Every other time I visit the lincolnwood location I run into horrible customer service. No one ever attends the fitting rooms. The cashiers are slow. They only work one register at a time. They never ring out customers in the order they stand in line. It can literally be 10 ppl in line. If someone decides to walk up to the line without waiting the cashier will ring them up with no problem. It maybe the employees friends coming in to shop. 
Well, today I asked the heavy set Latino girl with the long red hair to help me. I approached her with a hello how are you today and she looked me in my eyes, turned around and walked away. SO RUDE! She never speaks to customer unless your a male and can get her attention. There is so much more I can say about some of these employee but I gonna stop now because thinking about it is making me upset all over again!

Bought a couple shirts and so did my friend, when we washed them, all of them had a greasy mark on, it was from the perfumes they put on the clothes, it was really hard to wash.
