We specialize in rug cleaning and rug repair. Oriental rugs, Persian rugs, area rugs and antique rugs. Additionally we clean residential and commercial carpet, upholstery and leather. We offer specialized types of washes, for example, antique wash. You can make a new rug look 100 years old.

Bait and Switch Nightmare! I called several places for quotes to deep wash my white rug. Benjamin quoted $582 and assured me my rug would be like new. Jimmy picked up the rug and quoted over $1,000! I told him to return the rug immediately. He told me he would honor Benjamin's quote and the rug would be deep washed and returned in 2 weeks. I sent 2 emails which no one responded to. I called and spoke with Marianna and left 2 messages for Jimmy which he never returned. My rug was finally delivered 5 weeks later by 1 delivery man. He needed my help laying the rug under the bed. I was dressed in work attire rolling the rug under the bed while he lifted the bed. When the rug was rolled out it was as grey as it was when they picked it up and there was sand all over my floor. I called the office and Marianna said to send the rug back. Again i helped the delivery man lift the bed and pull the rug. I asked to see the work order and it said "Dust & Wash" it did not say "Deep Shampoo" . I took a photo and disputed the charges with my credit card company. Run!

They do a good job with the overdye but it’s a 6 month turnaround time from the time they pick up your rug. You’ll start to wonder if you’ll ever see your property again. I wondered if I ever would have gotten it back had I not made numerous emails and follow-up phone calls. I would like to have other rugs dyed but the process time is too long to bother.

I dropped my rug off here July 31, 2017. It is now October 31, 2017 and I still don't have my rug. This company will not answer my calls or questions and keeps lying to me about when they will deliver my rug.

Excellent service, reasonable price and the rugs were cleaned perfectly. The staff who handled my pick up and delivery was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend using Rug Wash.

Service was phenomenal  (Fast & reliable ).  Customer service was superb and staff are friendly.  I will definitely recommend. Thank you, my floor looks amazing 😆
