Kudos to the service department. Rob and the service men, and Paula & Lori in the office were there for us when we needed help. They got us in and out and on the road again.

First they lined up 3 trailers 2 in terrible conditions and one in decent condition. They told be the valve open lights and the probe on the tanks were inop but assured me everything is working. I bought it and they worked out the loan details. When I brought it home the shower water wouldn't drain and the AC in the bedroom wouldn't work. Turned it in and they fixed the AC unit but said there was nothing wrong with the grey tank. 6 months later, found out the tank valve for the grey tank has been changed with a cheap manual pull deep inside the trailer (Took a lot of searching and don't know how it was randomly draining.) So they lied about the operation of my electric switches or lack of it. I still don't know about the black tank as it's stuck open and don't know where it's at. In all I learned to not trust shady or all dealers at all!!! They gave me a life long lesson and that's all they gave me.

Lot rent raised again... Hope they put actual roads in (with curbs, not just the dirt one that's there.) .
