Ignore this 1 Star Rating, because if I were able to be truly honest, my experience would merit RushCube a Zero Star Rating. This company is a SCAM. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid scheduling their events/adventures through this joke of a company. I can't even begin to adequately express my unbridled frustration towards RushCube. Let's make one thing perfectly clear. RushCube does not care about you or your happiness. Do NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT expect them to easily refund your money in the event of a cancellation. They are more than happy to suggest an alternative adventure, but let's be honest. Life happens and sometimes there are things that transpire that are totally out of your control. My fiancé and I scheduled a Hot Air Balloon Ride for our 2 Year Anniversary. This was something that we were genuinely excited about and it was going to be the highlight of our year. Unfortunately it was canceled due to inclement weather. Discouraged by this, we thought, "We'll just get a refund. No big deal." It has been quite the ordeal. I probably have spoken to every single representative in the RushCube office, several times, and no one is interested in helping me.  Every single phone call consists of the same verbiage. "I'm do apologize, but we can not give a refund, because there have not been enough scheduled attempts on your account." So, let me get this straight. I am paying for a service that has yet to be provided to me, and RushCube denies me a refund of my $973.10? IT GETS BETTER. When you ask to speak to a General Manager, they will deny you this, because they cannot escalate your account to a manager until there has been enough scheduled attempts made on the account. RushCube has turned something that should have been a great experience into a complete and total NIGHTMARE. Please do not fall into the same trap I did.
