I entered this dealership last Monday and upon entering the doors I was greeted right away by Richard, who is probably the nicest salesman I had come across in my journey to finding a new vehicle. Even with my credit score not being the best he went above and beyond in finding me the perfect SUV that I was looking for. I was introduced to the Manager Larry who was also very nice. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted besides that I preferred an SUV body type but between each other they found the perfect match for me. we all know that buying a car can be stressful and lengthy but this dealership made it fun and exciting. They played with my 3 year old son during the wait and gave him a juice box :) Even the guy from the bank, Jonathan, was a pleasure to work with. With all of there help I was able to get the vehicle of my dreams and they worked hard at making sure I was able to take it home the same day!! Their Service was spectacular and deserves a 5 star rating, I am happy to tell anyone who asks where I got my vehicle and I will encourage all to go to this dealership. Even when I asked Ray, the guy at the desk closest to the door, where the bathroom was he was a gentleman and walked me there instead of just pointing. They really work as a team in providing excellent service for whomever walks through their doors.

I worked with a salesman Dan Powell who was referred to me by a  friend of mine. . Dan was personable, professional and very conscientious.  Dan was truthful and straight forward, and in not at all manipulative or pushy. I would highly recommend anyone who is shopping to give Dan a try. I do not believe he will disappoint.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Justin is very thorough and kept me informed of the work being done on my car. Jessica and Paige  helped with my questions and got the answers I needed.  They even had someone come to my work to pick me and and take me back to the dealership when my car was done.    I left a happy customer!

Kate at the service desk was great! But after that...had all four brakes done. No one went through what was found wrong with my car. No one told me that my tires were wearing unevenly (I had to read read it on a very confusing reoport after receiving my vehicle.) My low air pressure warning for my tires showing. They didn’t put any air in the tires to fix that. The discount after using a coupon was not taking off my bill correctly. Not happy with experience.

Russ Darrow has been so kind to me. Through all the waiting and unforseen lock, noticed a few days later, the team at Russ Darrow never stopped working there hardest to make me happy. From the sales team to the service area. Huge shout out to the sales manager Dave you stepped up over and beyond to help me out so I was never disappointed! Highly recommend this place to everyone, whether it's your first dealership sale to the veterans who have done this many more times then me!
