I needed insurance fast but had never dealt with an actual agent in person. I literally stopped on a dime by Russ's office and he saw me right away.  I don't think I ever knew what my previous coverage covered with my last carrier.  He was great and explaining it and I will never go back to the 800 numbers to sign up for insurance.
