I have known Russ for approximately 18 years, he is one of the most ethical people that I know.  He is fair and honest.  It's sad to see one unsatisfied customer (and by the way, insurance rates only go up after they're quoted if your driving record is different than represented) trying to diminish this man's reputation.  I've never had to wait long for a call back from Russ, and he's always gone above and beyond.  I highly recommend this agent, and State Farm.

For 6 weeks I have been given quotes by this agent and his staff. Each and every quite has been terribly wrong. How wrong is the tune of my bill going up 140.00 for month of April. This agent will not help and take ownership of all the mistakes and he refuses to call or help me in anyway and by the way I have been a state farm customer for 30 years and my,husband 35 years. This agent went as far as calling another agent and trying to sabotage me transferring my 5 policies which I pay approx 4500.00 a year for trying to get the new agent from accepting my business. This agent by far has been the most awful person I have ever done business with. At this point I am having to deal with a corporate underwriter until I get a new agent or leave state farm for good. Be careful choosing russ he doesnt like to be a good neighbor like the commercials say. I would say go to another state farm agent who will be there for you and not make mistakes all the time and give you false prices and then refuse to do his job.

Russ is an amazing agent and his team is so professional and helpful! They will go out of their way to be there for you!

I have been doing business with Russ at his Agency for years and have had nothing but great service from him as well as his staff when I need them. They are nothing short of professional, and a firm I feel as though I can trust.
