For my last 3 upgrades, Edward, from Russell Cellular always went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring my best interest at hand during my purchases. He now assists my friends and family with their purchases/upgrades and everyone has always had a smooth transaction (including my mother, brother and close friends). 

Now that I live in NJ, I still call him for all of my cellular needs and still order from him because the service is that good and the process is seamless. This store and management are highly recommended!

My daughter and I walked in to Verizon and  were immediately  greeted by  Edward Edick's smiling face. He made our experience at Verizon not only pleasant, but quick and easy. He is professional,
Courteous, and always puts a smile on our faces, and a new phone in our hands.

AWFUL! ! I would give 0 if could!  Customer service sucks and No Help and made comment that its their selling technique for Phones to only work short time. Phones are at least $500+should last more then 2 years. Just appalled how bad treated! ! Couldn't even give me Customer Service number! !! Do Not Go there! !!

Blatantly false selling. Was told my bill would not go up or down more than $3, it went up $40 plus. Called the store, Verizon, Russell headquarters and yet to have anyone care or resolve the issue. When I upgraded my phones, there was a couple dealing with the same rep, complaining about their bill going up after their transaction too...I should have listened better. On top of it all, store manager complained that I was at fault. Stay clear of this store, they will rip you off with their dishonesty, arrogance and lack of any customer service.
