Very responsive to needs and able to address concerns in a timely manner. Listened to feedback throughly and addressed all concerns promptly. Great quality work!  We love our new roof. 

After project was completed and paid for we had a minor issue. Russel roofing was ultra responsive, didn't ask questions and got it done.  We definitely selected the best and right contractor for our roofing project.

We highly recommend Russell Roofing!  On August 2017,they put a new roof on our home.From the project manager,Frank, to the crew foreman,Tim, and the roofing crew, we saw professionalism,quality and efficiency.  Everything stated in the proposal was done and we are pleased with the look,quality and warranty of our new roof. We have shared this experience with all of our friends. Thank you,Russell Roofing for a job well done!

I am in an Insurance field. One of our customer received a roof repairs from Russell roofing. I called in to get our Mutual customer’s roof repair details because I needed to find out if they changed the roofing material. Kelly answered the phone and did not understand what I was asking for. By then, I just wanted to end the call. After explaining to her several times, I asked her to get a copy of the job details/documentations over. Then I hear her moan. She whispered “oh my god..” like I am asking too much.
She told me that she will scan the document and e-mail me within 24 hours. She had the documentations in front of her reading it. I am not understanding why she can’t do it while she has it in front of her. I ended the conversation without any complaints.
I believe I was very polite and approached her in a professional way. However, Kelly presented herself as disreputable and incompetent. I do hear many good things with Russell Roofing. But I would definitely suggest to get a new receptionist.

Very professional service, they always want to do the best for the homeowner,  they will even disagree with the customer, sometimes at the cost of loosing the business,  to do something that will not be beneficial in the long run, and in the process give up their own short term gain.
