The staff was very helpful when I was trying to pick out a Christmas present for my wife.  Knowing nothing about cowboy boots, they helped me pick out a pair I think she’ll love!  Very helpful and friendly, and lots of other stuff inside I wouldn’t of thought like yeti coolers and costas.  I will definitely be back.

Stopped in looking for my first pair of boots after debating whether to order online or not.  I'm so glad I did.  Wes helped me out and was awesome - walked me through what I should consider and was extremely knowledgeable.  

Despite the store being busy with people, he managed to stay in contact with me and ensured I had all that needed to make a great decision.  He also helped me pick out a hat and was really great about giving me honest feedback (not just what I wanted to hear).  

So happy I stopped by Russell's Wear today.  Wes made the difference for me and I'm thrilled with my new boots and hat! Thanks Wes!

I went into the store today just to look around, as I was in need of a new pair of boots. I wasn't really expected to buy a pair just more to scope out what was available. 

Wes Greeted me at the door with a super friendly smile, and an enthusiastic attitude. I told him i was okay at first as i have been a long time shopper at Russell's. Going through the isles and isles of boots i got a little lost and low and behold there was Wes, He guided me through and took his time to find the perfect style and size i wanted. I couldn't not buy this pair of boots after he put so much effort into finding me exactly what i wanted.

All said and done i am ecstatic with my new boots, and i would really like to say Wes made my experience. He was polite, knowledgeable, really seemed like he genuinely cared about me getting exactly what i wanted. 

When i return, and i will for my next pair of boots i could only hope Wes is at the door to greet me again with the same customer service that made my experience at Russell's.

Great price for a great pair of American made boots. Thanks Hillsborough County for not purchasing the work boots according to the contract and only buying certain boots from overseas. Way to go! Maybe you might knock some money off the customers water bill or taxes in what you have saved by doing your employees wrong!

I recommend this store to anybody looking for some western wear. Their store was clean and offered a good variety of stuff.  I came in looking for a pair of boots and the associate Wes was very helpful and helped me select the perfect pair of boots that suited my needs.  This guy was very knowledgeable and he knew his boots. The store was reasonably priced and I enjoyed my time shopping in there. I will definitely be coming back.
