I filled out an online contact submission the day after my arrest. Atty Russman called me within about 20 min and set up a meeting THAT DAY (Saturday)! This was the last time I was impressed. He gave me a brief review of the laws at the meeting, asked a couple questions about my arrest, and then asked if I would like to hire his firm for the flat rate of $5000. I paid by credit card. He gave me a folder with some general, generic information and said they would be in touch. Following this initial meeting, Atty Russman was nearly impossible to reach by phone, didn't answer any questions about the process I was experiencing, if you did reach him he had no idea who you were or and any details of the case (which I had to explain to him each call). He talked me into accepting a plea deal, and then never showed up at court!! He is running a very elaborate and legal scam. Takes your money and has his employees put about 10 hours worth of work into your case, uses generic forms and methods of contact on your behalf, and then casts you aside. Do more research and find a lawyer willing to work for you.

I wish I saw what he did on the Ripoff Report site online before I hired Ryan. I would have never went with him after reading how he treated other people and cases. I can't believe he wasn't disbarred for that. My case fared no better. 
I had a previous DWI charge and needed a good lawyer to keep me out of jail. The first time I was guilty, but this time I was not impaired and knew it. Russman said my case would good and would help me keep my license and not go to jail. He charged me $5000 and did nothing. Totally unprepared for trial, got in an argument with the prosecutor, and I was found guilty. I appealed to superior court for a jury trial, hired a different real lawyer who knew what he was doing, and I was found not guilty. Ryan is cocky and claims to be the best. I should have saved myself $5000 and represented myself or hired a good lawyer the first time.

Attorney Russman helped me with my DUI. He got an accident with leaving the scene dropped (was a mailbox) if I pleaded guilty. Had that not been dropped I probably would have served time. I did not serve time but I have paid my dues and have learned from my mistakes. Without Attorney Russman I would have been in trouble. I definately recommend him if you are in trouble...

Attorney Russman represented me regarding three driving violations I received (an illegal turn, negligent driving and expired registration) in October, 2010. I could not be more impressed with attorney Russman's professionalism and expertise, and highly recommend him to others. The officer that gave me the tickets spoke to me in an abusive tone, leaving me shaken by the experience. The negligent driving and expired registration violations were unjustified in my view. Immediately upon speaking with attorney Russman I felt relieved. Attorney Russman explained the challenges with my case, my options, and how he suggested we proceed. The confidence I had in him turned out to be warranted, as a favorable outcome was ultimately achieved. I hope never to find myself in a similar situation, but if I do, I'll certainly request his counsel.
