Since opening on Chicago’s Northwest side in 1970, Russo Power Equipment has evolved from a neighborhood hardware store to one of the nation’s premier power equipment and landscape supply dealerships, yet it still has that neighborhood feel. My landscape company does a lot of business with Russo.
Friendly staff is there to help answer any questions or meet any needs. Its rare that Russo wont have what you are looking for. Great prices and always honest with product details. Stop by, grab some popcorn, and take a look at all the items you need to get things done.

Ordered over the internet and was not disappointed. If you have any questions, they give you a real phone number where real people who actually do the work, answer and care.

I placed a will call order. There was a line but a manager quickly stepped in. There was a line at the  registers but guess who stepped in again, same manager. One my best visits there to date

I dropped off a piece of equipment 15 days ago. It needed a simple hose change. The guy told me that it would be done in a couple of days because they were backed up. However he really meant it would be checked in a couple of days. I called everyday this machine was in their shop and everyday I heard that they were going to look at it or there was someone looking at it. So finally they look at it and give me the estimate of the repair on the hose which I expected to be around that price. After all that if you call them and ask them about the status of the repair they don't know and have to put you on hold for 20 minutes to find out. Seems like they need to be a little more organized over there. 
The repairs are quality work but jeez how can I be expected to have my equipment down for 2 weeks? When you call for an update all you get back is that they will call you which they never do or that they are doing something or in the process of things. This place should not be in business. I ill not be using them again.
