So far my experience with Rustica has been excellent. We are remodeling our main floor and I ordered and received our barn door hardware within two weeks. I also placed a custom order for metal straps for our new ridge beam, which should be here within 10 days. I'll post again once our contractor installs these products and post as to the quality and satisfaction of the products. But, so far I have been impressed with their customer assistance and help in drawing up our custom order.

Love! Love! Love this place! Cannot understand the negative reviews except that perhaps these are mostly online purchases and possibly not able to go to the showroom. These guys are literally the best in the business. Love my barn doors. Love the tracks. Love my furniture. If you love local, go in and see them!

We absolutely love Rustica Hardware. We reside in AZ, but have ordered over 8 barn doors from them. Every time, we have a wonderful experience and the product speaks for itself. We highly recommend their product. Their customer service is top notch as well. On our last order, a couple items were missing and after we spoke with Kristin, everything was rushed out to us that same week. Definitely use them if you are thinking of installing a barn door in our home

This firm is Quality from the “get go”. Ordered hardware for barn door and received today, outstanding in appearance, construction and material quality. After laying out all pieces it hit me that I did not order the correct style and quantity of my wall mount guides. Called Customer Service and “no problems” they would be sent out immediately and at “no charge”.....just don’t get no better👍. Yes, they are a little high end price wise but the old adage, “you get what you pay for” definitely applies to Rustica Hardware. I am a customer for life.
