Definitely my favorite pizza joint in the UES. The crust is immaculate! It is crispy with a ton of cornmeal on the bottom, something which I love. Pizzas are average in terms of price with a cheese slice at 3$. Definitely recommend if you want good pizza on the go
OMG their pizza hits the spot. Love the Margherita. Just tastes like high quality ingredients. I never tasted cheese and sweet tomatoes of that high quality from a regular mom and pop pizza spot. Plus the portion of cheese has some bite to it which I love, as most Margheritas just have a thin layer of cheese. Nice crunchy crust too despite the saucy toppings. Really satisfying.
Gross. Ordered a meatball sub. They sliced up some slimy meatballs, slopped it beyond recognition with jar sauce, and melted some plastic cheese. Just make yourself an omelette and go to bed. I chucked it out. So grosssFood: 1/5
The slices were weird. The bottom was crispy and kind of crumbly. It oozed out oil. The cheese and sauce tasted very unique. It was cheesy!Food: 2/5

DON’T GO HERE I ordered from here a few times. It was very okay pizza until this last order. I ordered from here last night. Got a pizza which I’ve ordered several times and an Italian sub. The meat quality in the sub was disgusting - it tasted like cheap bologna. Not to mention the bread was completely soggy the moment it arrived. It was almost as if the sandwich had been sitting pre-made for hours. Secondly, and arguably most importantly, the pizza what they’re known for was made incorrectly wrong ingredients according to their own menu and SOGGY. When I picked up a slice, all of the toppings came sliding off the soggy crust. I called to get a refund or maybe a new remade order and LaRustica refused to make it right. So I was left with a check of $40 and food that we threw away because it was awful.
Delicious pizza!! Came by when needed something to fill the stomach and stumbled upon this place. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pizza oh boy it was delicious and fresh, I ended up getting a second slice. Thank you!
Long time neighbor, first-time customer & I feel I should apologize for not trying LaRustica sooner! Delicious margarita pizza was delivered in under 20 minutes!! I ordered at 7:38, the estimated delivery time was 8:12, and they were knocking on my door at 7:54! The crust is thin & crispy, the flavor is spot on for me, and the fresh moz & basil was divine! Love that they add garlic! Will order again! Almost makes me glad that Gotham has gone downhill otherwise I would never have discovered LaRustica! Vegetarian options: They have all veggie options on their menu and I guess I did order a meatless pie but it was unintentionally vegetarian; it was delicious so I am sure their veggie pie would be as well.
Holy moly, SO good!! We got a cheese pizza delivered and it was fast and probably the BEST pizza I have ever had!!! Can't wait to visit NYC again and try ALL the things on the menu!!! Bravo!Food: 5/5
Ordered late night ! It literally got here in under 45 minutes - the pizza it was hot and crispy and cheesy absolutely the best crust I've ever had on pizza ! If I could give it a ten I wouldFood: 5/5
