This charming Woodstock restaurant was like walking into a warm, wood-stove house on a chilly day. We adored the made-to-order chicken schnitzel with the lemon caper goodness. We were amazed at how yummy and cozy out time here was. One on one attention to serving us was impeccable, and the food was to die for! We'll be back. LauriePOP Ideas

We have been to Ruth's many times before and the experience has usually been pleasant. The food is outstanding. So for the food experience I give it a 4. But for service I give it a 1 I have never been ignored when I have had a reservation and made to wait 10 to 15 min With out a good reason The restaurant was not crowded when we arrived And two tables just needed to be put together Since it was taking so long I personally put the tables together with the bus boy After we sat down we were left waiting for menues I got up and asked for menues I was told I am to busy and would need to wait This is not acceptable on any level This the 1 star

Ate here after a co-worker's recommendation, and absolutely loved it. It started with the exceptional service, our server being very attentive throughout our entire meal. The food was top notch both in flavor and presentation- tomato bisque and mussels for appetizer. Wife loved the chicken schnitzel. Above all, the prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. We will most certainly be repeat customers!! Thanks for a wonderful experience - two NH locals

They get one star because the food is pretty good. I took off four stars because the waitress was extremely rude. If you're going to ask people to wait 20 minutes for a glass of water and then another 40 for food, try being civil. We understand that she was the only person on the floor, but that does not make up for blatant rudeness. We heard the food was worth the wait, but it is not worth the poor treatment. This is the first time I have ever written an online review and I thought long and hard before doing so - the extremely poor treatment from the waitress was the tipping point.
