This is our "go-to" place to stay in Reno. We can stay in the comfort of our own RV within a nice little walk to the GSR casino and restaurants. It's an amazing place to stay for sure. The RV park manager, Kat Peele, has really turned this place around from what it once was. She is a true gem and is always so accommodating to EVERYONE'S requests. If we had more thumbs, we would be putting them all up for a wonderful stay-cation in Reno!

Been coming to this park twice a year for well over 8 years now. The park has been getting worse and worse, its dirty, weeds over run, can see sewer spilled on the ground. Dog feces everywhere. To top it off staff upfront reserved my space out from under me when I already had it reserved for my two week stay. Told me there was nothing they could do. Called me a liar to my face, and to the other parties staying with me. The manager had an attitude as soon as I walked in the office, giving my clothes dirty looks, and refused to help. Blaming this issue on me, that I didn't say I needed to stay the two weeks, when I had 4 others in the room hear me. I also suggest people check their credit card statements, as the last time I had to stay here this RV Park overcharged my credit card. They were found wrong and the money refunded. This mark costs 37 dollars a night and isn't worth 15

The people running the RV park are clueless. Ask for pull through sites for two trailers (plenty available) got back in sites which would not accommodate our trailers. After dealing with them for over an hour for a new site, the ones we were assigned were occupied. Finally picked sites on our own and let them know.
For the condition of the park, the price, and the inept management we will never stay here again. Too bad we have stayed here in the past and have enjoyed the experience. One star is too high of a rating.

Really nice,felt very secure. Nice to have a casino and a large pool right next door

Okay park with fair rates.

The park is poorly maintained and there is dog poo EVERYWHERE. During my stay I was subjected to the back lot where it is all dirt.

Side note: dirt spots get really muddy when it rains.

Anyway, the resident here, rarely take their dogs to the dog area let alone leash them allowing them to do their business anywhere. With that, our spot had countless piles of poo. 

Aside from the above, the staff was good. They overcharged us at first and upon notice, I returned and they were happy to fix it.

Wifi is spotty at best and we didn't use the bathrooms, so I have no comment on that.
